Dutchie Integration

How do I connect Dutchie?

  1. Get API credentials from Dutchie support
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations > Dutchie
  3. Enter credentials
  4. Test and activate

Why isn't my Dutchie sync working?

Common causes:

  • Invalid API credentials
  • Dutchie API outage

How often does Dutchie sync?

Configurable options:

  • Real-time (webhook)
  • Every 15 minutes

Real-time requires Dutchie webhook setup.

Can I sync multiple Dutchie locations?

Yes. Add each location separately in ReUp and map to the corresponding Dutchie Location ID.

  1. Log into your state METRC portal
  2. Go to Admin > Integrators
  3. Request API access for ReUp
  4. Note your User API Key

Does ReUp auto-report to METRC?

Yes, when enabled. ReUp can auto-report:

  • Package creation
  • Adjustments
  • Transfers
  • Sales (if applicable)

What if METRC sync fails?

Failed syncs are queued for retry:

  1. Check error logs
  2. Fix underlying issue
  3. Manual retry if needed
  4. Contact support if persistent
