What is ReUp?

ReUp is a B2B cannabis marketplace and inventory management platform that connects retailers with wholesalers and cultivators. It provides real-time inventory sync, order management, and compliance tracking.

Who is ReUp for?

ReUp serves three types of cannabis businesses:

  • Retailers: Dispensaries looking to streamline wholesale ordering
  • Wholesalers: Distributors managing product catalogs and fulfillment
  • Cultivators: Growers connecting with the distribution network

What states does ReUp support?

ReUp is available in states with legal cannabis markets. We support METRC compliance in:

  • California
  • Colorado
  • Michigan
  • Oregon
  • Massachusetts
  • And more...

What are the system requirements?

ReUp is a web application that works in modern browsers:

  • Chrome (recommended)
  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Edge

No software installation required.

What POS systems does ReUp integrate with?

Currently, ReUp integrates with Dutchie POS. We're expanding to support additional POS systems.

Does ReUp support multiple locations?

Yes! ReUp supports unlimited locations per entity. Each location can have its own:

  • Inventory tracking
  • Staff access
  • Sync settings

Can I use ReUp on mobile?

Yes, ReUp is responsive and works on tablets and phones. A dedicated mobile app is planned for future release.

Data & Security

Is my data secure?

Yes. ReUp implements enterprise-grade security:

  • HTTPS encryption
  • Data encryption at rest
  • Role-based access control
  • Two-factor authentication
  • Regular security audits

Who owns my data?

You own your data. ReUp only stores and processes data as necessary to provide the service. See our Terms of Service for details.

Can I export my data?

Account Management

How do I add team members?

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter email and role
  4. They'll receive an invitation

Can I have different permission levels?

Yes. Available roles:

  • Owner: Full access
  • Admin: Full access except delete entity
  • Manager: Manage inventory and orders
  • Viewer: Read-only access

How do I reset my password?

  1. Go to login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your email
  4. Check for reset link
  5. Create new password
