Setup​

Step 1: Fleetbase Account​

  1. Sign up at fleetbase.io
  2. Create your organization
  3. Generate API credentials

Step 2: ReUp Configuration​

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Fleetbase
  2. Enter:
    • API Key
    • API Secret
    • Organization ID
  3. Click Test Connection
  4. Click Activate

Delivery Workflow​

Creating Deliveries​

When an order ships:

  1. Order status changes to "Shipped"
  2. ReUp creates delivery in Fleetbase
  3. Driver receives notification
  4. Tracking enabled

Assigning Drivers​

Options:

  • Auto-assign: Based on availability/location
  • Manual: Choose specific driver
  • Unassigned: Driver pool picks up

Tracking​

Real-time tracking shows:

  • Driver location
  • ETA updates
  • Route progress
  • Delivery status

Driver Management​

Adding Drivers​

  1. Go to Fleet > Drivers
  2. Click Add Driver
  3. Enter details:
    • Name and contact
    • License information
    • Vehicle assignment
  4. Send invitation

Driver App​

Drivers use Fleetbase mobile app:

  • View assigned deliveries
  • Navigate to destinations
  • Update delivery status
  • Capture proof of delivery

Route Optimization​

Automatic Routing​

Fleetbase optimizes routes based on:

  • Delivery windows
  • Traffic conditions
  • Vehicle capacity
  • Driver availability

Manual Adjustments​

Override automatic routing:

  1. View delivery queue
  2. Drag to reorder
  3. Assign to specific driver
