Place Your First Order

Learn how to browse products and place your first wholesale order on ReUp.

Prerequisites​

  • Completed retailer onboarding
  • At least one wholesaler connection approved
  • Payment terms configured

Step 1: Browse the Marketplace​

  1. Log in to your ReUp dashboard
  2. Navigate to Marketplace > Browse Products
  3. Use filters to narrow down:
    • Category: Flower, Concentrates, Edibles, etc.
    • Wholesaler: Select specific vendors
    • Price Range: Set your budget
    • THC/CBD Content: Filter by potency

Step 2: Add Products to Cart​

  1. Click on a product to view details
  2. Review:
    • Product description
    • Test results (COA)
    • Available quantities
    • Pricing tiers
  3. Select quantity
  4. Click Add to Cart

Step 3: Review Your Cart​

  1. Click the cart icon in the top navigation
  2. Review all items:
    • Verify quantities
    • Check pricing
    • View estimated totals
  3. Adjust quantities if needed
  4. Remove unwanted items

Step 4: Checkout​

  1. Click Proceed to Checkout
  2. Select delivery preferences:
    • Preferred delivery date
    • Delivery window (AM/PM)
    • Special instructions
  3. Review payment terms
  4. Confirm shipping address

Step 5: Submit Order​

  1. Review the complete order summary
  2. Accept terms and conditions
  3. Click Submit Order
  4. You'll receive a confirmation email

What Happens Next​

  1. Order Pending: Wholesaler reviews your order
  2. Order Accepted: Wholesaler confirms and begins fulfillment
  3. Order Shipped: Products are dispatched
  4. Order Delivered: Receive your products

Track your order at Orders > Active Orders

Tips for Success​

  • Order Early: Popular products sell out quickly
  • Check MOQs: Minimum order quantities may apply
  • Review COAs: Verify test results before ordering
  • Build Relationships: Consistent orders build trust with wholesalers
