Cultivator Onboarding

Complete guide for cannabis cultivators and producers to get started with ReUp.

Overview​

As a cultivator on ReUp, you can:

  • Connect with licensed wholesalers and distributors
  • Track your production batches and harvest data
  • Maintain compliance with cultivation regulations
  • Manage product testing and certifications
  • Build distribution relationships

Account Setup​

1. License Verification​

  1. Submit application at sales@reup.com
  2. Provide required documentation:
    • State cultivation license
    • Business registration
    • Facility certifications
  3. Complete verification process
  4. Receive account activation

2. Facility Configuration​

Set up your cultivation facility:

  1. Go to Settings > Facilities
  2. Add your cultivation sites:
    • Facility name
    • Address
    • License number
    • Grow capacity
  3. Configure grow rooms/zones

Production Tracking​

Harvest Batches​

Record harvest data:

  1. Go to Production > Harvests
  2. Click Log Harvest
  3. Enter:
    • Strain name
    • Harvest date
    • Wet weight / Dry weight
    • Room/Zone of origin
  4. Generate batch ID

Curing & Processing​

Track post-harvest:

  1. Log curing start/end dates
  2. Record weight loss during cure
  3. Document processing steps
  4. Update final product weights

Testing​

Manage lab testing:

  1. Submit samples to licensed labs
  2. Upload Certificates of Analysis (COA)
  3. Link test results to batches
  4. Flag any failed tests

Product Listings​

Creating Products​

  1. Go to Catalog > Products
  2. Click Add Product
  3. Enter:
    • Product name (strain)
    • Product type (Flower, Trim, Biomass)
    • THC/CBD percentages (from COA)
    • Available quantity
  4. Set wholesale pricing
  5. Upload product photos

Batch-to-Product Linking​

Connect production batches to listings:

  1. Select a product
  2. Click Link Batch
  3. Choose the source batch
  4. Specify quantity from batch
  5. METRC package ID will auto-populate

Distribution Relationships​

Finding Distributors​

  1. Go to Network > Distributors
  2. Browse verified wholesalers
  3. View their:
    • Service areas
    • Product categories
    • Terms and conditions
  4. Send connection request

Direct Sales (Where Licensed)​

In states permitting direct cultivator-to-retailer sales:

  1. Enable direct sales in Settings
  2. Set your delivery capabilities
  3. Configure minimum order requirements
  4. List products for direct purchase

Compliance​

METRC Integration​

  1. Go to Integrations > METRC
  2. Enter cultivation license API credentials
  3. Configure automatic reporting:
    • Harvest notifications
    • Package creation
    • Transfer manifests

Required Records​

Maintain documentation for:

  • Cultivation logs
  • Pesticide applications
  • Harvest records
  • Lab test results
  • Transfer manifests
  • Waste disposal

Audit Preparation​

Access compliance reports:

  1. Go to Reports > Compliance
  2. Generate reports by date range
  3. Export for auditor review

Analytics​

Track cultivation performance:

  • Yield Metrics: Weight per plant/room
  • Strain Performance: Compare strain yields
  • Test Results: THC/CBD trends over time
  • Sales Data: Which products sell best
