What happens after Founding 25 year one ends?
After your first 12 months, pricing reverts to the standard $99/mo. You keep all your data and can continue operating on the platform.
Is the Microbusiness Program available for all OCMMICR holders?
Yes, if you hold a valid New York OCMMICR (Microbusiness Program) license, you qualify for 6 months free. After that, standard pricing applies ($99/mo).
Will REEUP replace my existing POS system like Dutchie or Metrc?
No. REEUP syncs WITH your Dutchie POS and METRC account. We read from both systems and keep your data in sync. Your POS and METRC remain the source of truth for their own domains.
How is my METRC credential stored?
Your METRC API credentials are encrypted at rest using industry standard encryption. We never store your plaintext username/password, only the API key (if using API-based sync). All access is logged and auditable.
What if I have multiple licenses?
REEUP supports multi-entity operators. You get one login for all your licenses. Each entity has its own isolated data. Pricing is per entity, so two licenses = two standard subscriptions (or two Founding 25 slots if you sign up early).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel your subscription anytime and keep your data. You can re-subscribe later if needed.
